Martyr Ayatollah Raisi, who had the honor of paving the path of Imam Khomeini from very young age, always remained on the side of the revolution and the people and in the line of the Imam in the midst of unfolding events and developments, Komsari said.
The late president served in various positions, especially as the head of the Judiciary and finally, in the form of the presidency of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
He became a source of lasting service, which, God willing, will be considered as a people-oriented martyr, Komsari added.
A day earlier, the helicopter carrying Raeisi and his entourage, which included Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, crashed in a mountainous area as it was on its way to Tabriz, the capital of the northwestern Iranian province of East Azerbaijan.
